We build the local marketing systems that put electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and other contractors in front of homeowners who are ready to book — right now.
You didn't get into your trade to become a marketing expert. You got in because you're exceptional at the work — because you can look at a problem most people can't even diagnose and know exactly what it needs. That skill took years.
But reputation doesn't pay the bills consistently every month.
Referrals are incredible — until they aren't. Until your best customer moves away, or their circle already has a guy, or word-of-mouth just... slows down for no reason you can name. And slow seasons don't announce themselves. They just arrive. One week the phone's a little quieter. Then two weeks. Then you're doing the math in your head at 11pm, moving jobs around in your head like a puzzle that won't quite fit.
The calendar sits there half-empty — and every blank space is a reminder that being great at your work isn't enough.
You know you're good at what you do. That's the part that makes it worse — because the problem isn't the quality of your work. It's that the right people don't know you exist yet. Nobody ever taught you how to fix that. Why would they? You were trained to master the craft, not to master an algorithm.
So you do what most guys in your position do: you wing it. Maybe you post something on Facebook and it disappears into the void. Maybe you ask a buddy what he does and he says "I just stay busy" — as if that's an answer. Maybe you look into ads and feel a headache coming on before you even finish reading the first page.
Meanwhile, there's another guy in your market — maybe not as good as you — who stays booked because he figured out a system. Not because he's a better tradesman. Because he stopped leaving growth to chance.
That's the gap. And it's the one we're built to close.
Our Solution
Most agencies pick one thing and hope it works. We run two parallel tracks from the very start — one that gets your phone ringing fast, and one that compounds quietly in the background until you own your market.
Within days your conversion-optimized website is live and your Google Local Services Ads are running — putting you in front of homeowners ready to hire right now. This is what we guarantee: new calls, real customers, measurable revenue.
Channels Activated
At the same time, we're building the assets that take longer to mature but keep delivering indefinitely. Every review that comes in, every page that ranks, every reactivation email that goes out — it all compounds. Month after month, your business becomes harder to compete with.
Channels Activated
These channels don't stop at week 16. They get stronger every month.
Our Guarantee: New calls and measurable revenue growth within 16 weeks.
We only work with one contractor per trade per geographic market. If we're your electrician partner in a county, we are 100% focused on growing your business — not splitting our attention between you and your competitors. When your market is claimed, it's closed. We don't take on competing clients.
Simple by Design
We spend 15 minutes finding out if your business is a good fit and whether your market is available. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Onboarding takes about two weeks. We handle everything — your website, your ad accounts, your profiles. You stay focused on the work you do best while we build the system in the background.
Your website and ads go live within days of onboarding. Calls start coming in. Meanwhile, the compounding channels we've been building in the background — SEO, reviews, GBP — keep getting stronger long after the guarantee is met.

About
About
Founder, Pathways Digital
My name is Tim DiSabatino and I've worked in digital marketing and technology for 20 years. I started out running campaigns for my own websites. Not long after that, local businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area started asking for help getting found online. One thing led to another, and eventually I was running digital marketing programs for some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley and beyond — Alibaba, Shopify, Squarespace, Hewlett-Packard, and others.
Over the years I've held senior roles both in-house and at agencies, managing campaigns across some of the most competitive markets out there: B2B and B2C technology, SaaS, legal, real estate, education, and e-commerce. Most recently, I served as Sr. Digital Program & Compliance Manager at VMware, where my work covered both digital marketing strategy and data privacy compliance. I also ran my own marketing consultancy for seven years.
After 15 years working with larger companies, I've come back to where I started — local service businesses. They're the clients I've always found the most rewarding to work with. There's something deeply satisfying about taking what I learned inside global corporations and putting it to work for a business owner who actually feels the results.
If you're a local service business ready to grow, I'd love to talk about what that could look like for you.
Limited Availability
Slots are limited to one contractor per trade per geographic area. If your market is still open, now is the time. Once it's claimed, the door closes.
